Measuring 12.3m2 to 13.1m2, Lee Rooms are located on all six floors from Ground Floor to Fifth Floor.

Each room is subject to an additional €26/per week service charge to cover the costs of wifi, TV licence, television service, broadband, water, gas, electricity, waste disposal, and other utilities made available to the Room.
