You don’t believe you should have to compromise on comfort and style just to have somewhere to stay in Ireland’s capital city.
We agree. We believe living somewhere well-designed, with great amenities gives you a great base to concentrate your energies on your studies and create great memories. Here you’ll meet and make friends with people from all around the world. It’s an easy way to enrich your college experience – and your international network post-university.
Below we have compiled a list of answers to some of the questions that local students often ask when coming to stay with us. If you’ve any additional questions, please contact us.
To inquire about booking a room – please complete our booking form. We’ll be delighted to help you with the booking process.
We are flexible in respect of dates for moving in and moving out. Licence fees are calculated by reference to set dates – but you may move in after these dates, and move out before them.
If you wish to move in early, we will try our best to facilitate you. Please email us and we’ll do our best to arrange matters to suit you.
We will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Sometimes people wish to move to different rooms during their stay – for example, if their friend is living in the building, and they wish to share a kitchen and living room with them.
We can’t always facilitate moves like this – but we will do our best to do so. If you’re in the process of booking, just let us know your preference, and we’ll do our best to make the arrangements. When you’re resident in the building, just drop by the reception to enquire.
