Local Students

You don’t believe you should have to compromise on comfort and style just to have somewhere to stay in Ireland’s capital city.

We agree. We believe living somewhere well-designed, with great amenities gives you a great base to concentrate your energies on your studies and create great memories. Here you’ll meet and make friends with people from all around the world. It’s an easy way to enrich your college experience – and your international network post-university.

Below we have compiled a list of answers to some of the questions that local students often ask when coming to stay with us. If you’ve any additional questions, please contact us.

Can I reserve a room?

Absolutely. To booking a room, complete your application on our booking engine. If you get stuck, give us a call on +353 1 454 8451 and we’ll be delighted to help you with the booking process. You can also complete the Booking Form and we’ll call you to complete your reservation.

Can I book a different move in and move out date?

We are flexible regarding move-in and move-out dates. Licence Fees are calculated by reference to set dates – but you may move in after these dates, and move out before them.

Can I pay in Instalments?

If you are booking for a semester, you will be required to pay for the entire semester, and this will be due prior to or upon check-in.

If you book for the entire academic year, you may pay in two instalments: the first instalment is due prior to or upon check in, and your second instalment will be due 1 December.

For 51-week bookings, you may pay in three instalments: the first instalment is due prior to or upon check in, the second instalment will be due 1 December and your third instalment will be due 1 April.

Can I change my room during my stay?

We will do our best to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Sometimes people wish to move to different rooms during their stay – for example, if their friend is living in a different part of the building, and they wish to share a kitchen and living area.

We can’t always facilitate moves like this – but will do our best to do so. If you’re in the process of booking – just let us know your preference, and we’ll do our best to make the arrangements. If you’re already resident in the building, just drop by the reception and enquire.

Does my room come furnished with bed linens?

No, it does not. You will be required to bring your own sheets, duvet, pillow and pillowcases. These can be sourced locally at the shops or we can provide you will details of a supplier. Beds are 120 x 200 – they are a small double.

Will there be pots/pans/utensils in my kitchen?

Each student is responsible for purchasing their own kitchen items whether dishes, silverware, pots and pans. These can be purchased locally or we can provide you with a supplier.
