City Centre

A short walk

Discover Dublin’s best landmarks, colleges and shopping districts in the nearby city centre:

  • 1.4km (18 minutes) walk from the front gate of Trinity College, Dublin.
  • 1.2km (14 minute) walk from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
  • Between the two lies Dublin’s premier shopping street,  Grafton Street and picturesque St. Stephen’s Green park and gardens.

Heyday Carman’s Hall is in The Liberties. This area is one of the oldest but most colourful and dynamic parts of Dublin. Historic yet still contemporary, it’s a charming mix of old and new, as locals live their daily life and students and professionals live in harmony.

A buzzing hub of creative energy and beautiful architecture, it’s known for theatres such as the Tivoli Theatre and Vicar Street, artisan cafés, antique stores, and colleges such as National College of Art and Design, (NCAD) and British and Irish Modern Music Institute (BIMM), it’s a perfect mix of work, rest and play.

Heyday Carman’s Hall offers private, en-suite rooms, with generous beds, superfast fibre broadband and all utilities included in the rent. The building has many facilities, including a gymcoffee shop, laundry, study areas, cinema room and multi-purpose room.
